Tanzania is at a threshold. We are on the global
platform. Organizations are facing increasing challenges dealing
with the effects of the global economic crisis alongside increase
in competition from external forces as well as within the industries.
We cannot afford to allow for complacency in our professional
or personal lives and the water to boil around us. Robin Sharma’s
full-day coaching session will enable people at all levels within
the organization to “Lead
without Title” so they can face
these challenges and awaken their full potential!

When I go into an organization to help develop and grow leaders,
the client often asks me to help employees to understand what
leadership is all about. Leadership has nothing to do with the
title on our business card or the size of your office.
Leadership is not about how much money you make or the clothes
you wear. Leadership is a philosophy. It’s an attitude,
it’s a state of mind. It’s a way of operating and
it’s available to each one of us no matter what you do within
your organization.
Real leadership is not about power, prestige or status, it’s
about responsibility.
